This policy explains what personal information I collect when you use this website, order a Personalised Sleep Blend, or fill in my forms, and what I do with it. I follow New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, and I handle health information in line with the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.

Who I am

I'm Trudy Kessels, a homeopath practising as Integrate Homeopathy in Auckland, New Zealand. You can contact me at trudy@integratehomeopathy.co.nz.

 

What I collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.

• Health information: what you tell me about any health conditions, current medications and supplements, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Your remedy choices and consult notes: the remedies you choose and the final blend we agree on, where applicable.

• Order and payment details: what you ordered and when. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by me.

• Pilot and feedback forms: your answers to sleep questionnaires and feedback forms, if you take part.

 

Why I collect it

• To prepare for your consult and, where applicable, make your blend safely.

• To send you your order and take payment, including monthly payments if you choose a subscription.

• To contact you about your order and your consult.

• To send you news and offers about sleep, only if you ticked the box to say you'd like them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting me.

 

Who I share it with

I don't sell or rent your information. To run my business I use trusted providers, including Wix (website, forms, email and store), and Stripe or similar payment providers (payments), and couriers (to deliver your order). They only receive what they need to do their job.

Some of these providers store information on servers outside New Zealand, so your information may be held overseas.

 

How I keep it safe

Your information is stored in password-protected accounts. Only I have access to your health information, and I only collect what I need.

 

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as I need it to provide my service and meet my professional and legal obligations. After that, I delete it or make it anonymous.

 

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where I'm able to. Contact me at trudy@integratehomeopathy.co.nz and I'll respond as soon as I can, and within the time the Privacy Act requires.

If you have a concern I haven't resolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
