About Me
I'm Trudy. I love holding space for people - for all people. I love creating a safe space where people can access health and healing, whatever their lifestyle, their culture, their beliefs.
I have experience with neurodiversity and take a respectful approach with the individual - if there's an aspect of their neurodiversity that is limiting their ability to thrive, and which they'd like help with, then I can certainly help with that. If their neurodiversity is serving them well, and they would like help with a separate issue, I will not conflate the two.
I have experience navigating difficult relationships. I use an NVC-informed approach and encourage everyone to take responsibility for their parts, while also understanding that our internal programming and the very loud voices in our heads are sometimes hindering our expressions of love and attachment. Homeopathy can help with this.
I am experienced with the unique lived experience of navigating the world as an LGBTQ+ person and am open to helping people heal their trauma around this, and increase their capacity to shine their unique light out in the world.
I am empathetic to people who are deconstructing social norms - whether that be in re-imagining their relationships, their careers, their family dynamics, their education, their parenting - whatever! If you're questioning "why", then I am up for an exploration of this and in supporting you on your journey.
I am a homeopath, a mother, an avid reader of self-help books, a creative problem solver and constant explorer in the realms of health and well being. I'm currently really enjoying exploring the framework of Internal Family Systems and applying that where indicated in my practice.
